 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. Why I Won’t Leave My Husband If He Cheats On Me -Yeni Kuti

Yeni, daughter of Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, has said that she will not leave her marriage if her husband cheats on her.

She said this in an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, on Friday.

Yeni said that her late father, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, had 27 wives and her mother didn’t leave the marriage.

She said, “I won’t leave my husband if he is cheating. That is me. You can leave your own husband if he is cheating. That is you. Don’t judge me, I’m not judging you.

“My father had 27 wives, my mother didn’t go. It’s me that will now come and go because of one girl. It cannot happen.”
