Agunloye’s Alleged $6b Mambilla Project Fraud :  Witness Affirms Authenticity of Prosecution’s Exhibit The trial of the former Minister of Power, Olu Agunloye, continued on Thursday, June 18, 2026 before Justice Jude Onwuegbuzie of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Apo, Abuja with the Sixth Prosecution Witness, PW6, Iliya John Iyakwari, denying under cross-examination by defence counsel, Adeola Adedipe, SAN, that there is an extract of the Federal Executive Council meeting of May 21, 2003, different from the  one, marked Exhibit EFCC 3K which he certified and was tendered in evidence by the prosecution. Agunloye is facing prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC on amended seven-count charge, bordering on official corruption and fraudulent award of Mambilla Power Project contract to the tune of $6billion (Six Billion United States Dollars) to Sunrise Power Transmission Company Limited. Nine Women Sue Bill Cosby For Sexual Assault in Nevada


Nine women have filed a sexual assault lawsuit against actor, Bill Cosby, 85, weeks after the state passed a law eliminating the statute of limitations for civil cases in Nevada, United States.


Cosby is charged with using his “enormous power, fame and prestige” to isolate and sexually assault Janice Dickinson, Lise-Lotte Lublin, Janice Baker Kinney, Lili Bernard, Heidi Thomas, Linda Kirkpatrick, Rebecca Cooper, Pam Joy Abeyta and Angela Leslie, NBC news reported on Thursday.


The actor has been accused of several sexual abuses, and rape of more than 60 women with allegations that are decades old but are now being revived as states change statutes defining how courts handle sexual misconduct cases.


The defendant has consistently denied all allegations of sexual abuse.


Cosby's spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, has accused the women of being motivated by their “addiction to massive amounts of media attention and greed.” 


Cosby who has no criminal convictions was accused by one of the women named in the lawsuit, Lise-Lotte Lublin, that Cosby drugged her at a hotel in Las Vegas in 1989 with two drinks which he said would “help her relax,” but they caused her to feel disoriented, and he embraced her a short time after.


Lublin alleged that she was dragged into a bedroom and assaulted after Cosby grabbed her wrists and held them between his legs, touching her hair as he masturbated, the suit said on Wednesday.


Nevada State had a two-year cutoff for adults to bring forth their cases in court before the governor, Joe Lombardo, which eliminated the civil statute of limitations in sexual abuse cases involving adults.
