 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. Lagos Police Arrest Man For Stealing Mini-bus

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested one Ahmed Ayinde suspected to have stolen a Suzuki mini bus popularly called 'Korope' while attempting to sell it along Isolo Road, Mushin without documents.

The police command made this known in a statement shared on their Twitter page on Tuesday.

The statement said, "Police officers were alerted when one Ahmed Ayinde attempted selling a Suzuki mini bus popularly called Korope with registration number EKY 902 YA along Isolo Road, Mushin without documents. The suspect was arrested and the exhibit was recovered.

"Investigation revealed that the suspect had stolen the vehicle from Iyana Ipaja axis. The owner is hereby invited to come with valid proof of ownership to claim the vehicle."
