 Soludo Issues 7-Day Ultimatum to Owners of Illegal Structures in Onitsha South Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has issued a seven-day ultimatum to owners of illegal structures in Onitsha South Local Government Area to present valid building approvals and land ownership documents. The directive targets structures erected without authorization on government-owned land, including buildings constructed along waterways. According to the state government, such developments obstruct natural drainage channels, contributing to recurrent flooding and severe environmental degradation in the area. Governor Soludo emphasized that the exercise is part of his administration’s ongoing efforts to enforce urban planning regulations, protect the environment, and ensure public safety. He warned that any structure found to be illegal after the expiration of the seven-day grace period would face appropriate sanctions, including possible demolition. Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
