 Press Release: Every Hisbah Officer Is a Peace and Security Ambassador in His Community. Kano State Governor Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf has reaffirmed the determination of his administration to ensure security and peace  for the protection of lives and property across the state. The Governor, represented by the Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Sani Auwal, made the commitment during a stakeholders meeting on the contribution of shari'a sector institutions toward promoting peace and security in Kano State. The meeting was organized by the Kano State Hisbah Board and held at the Coronation hall Government House, Kano. He emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and urged the Hisbah Board to focus more on providing intelligence reports to conventional security agencies, rather than limiting efforts to moral enforcement alone. Abducted Delta community leader, three others escape from kidnappers’ den



The abducted President-General of Amukpe Community, Sapele Local Government Area Delta State, Mr Harrison Ekeleme and three others have escaped from kidnappers’ den.

Ekeleme and the three young men were abducted along the Warri-Sapele Expressway by armed men some days ago.

A senior police officer, who pleaded anonymity, told newsmen that a covert police operation led by SP Harrison Nwabuisi of Sapele Division closed in on the kidnappers, forcing them to abandon their victims.

Confirming his release, Ekeleme thanked God for sparing his life, saying “It was a horrific experience, saying the kidnappers seemed familiar with the routes around Warri and neighbouring villages.

“I never lost hope in our security agencies,” he said

Confirming the development, the Chairman of Sapele Local Government Council, Hon Eugene Inoaghan, commended the police and assured residents of continued efforts to stamp out crimes from the locality.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
