 Kaduna Targets ₦120bn IGR In 2026 — KADIRS Chairman   Kaduna State has set an Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) target of ₦120 billion for the 2026 fiscal year, with the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) expected to play a central role in achieving the target. The Executive Chairman of KADIRS, Jerry Adams, FCTI, FNIM, FCE, CNA, disclosed this during the Service’s Annual Performance Review, Work Plan, and Strategic Retreat.  He explained that although the state government approved ₦74 billion as KADIRS’ official revenue target, the Service raised its internal benchmark to ₦80.09 billion to motivate staff to exceed expectations. He further stated that the proposed 2026 budget by the Kaduna State Planning and Budget Commission stands at ₦117.28 billion, with KADIRS expected to generate ₦74.28 billion, while Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) are projected to generate ₦43.24 billion. Actress Ruth Kadiri cries out over N230k 'undelivered' order

Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has taken to her Instagram page to cry out after she was scammed of N230k.
The movie star said she ordered some items from with a body shaper and waist trainer brand but didn’t get her goods delivered and all her efforts to reach them proved abortive.
Noting how the economy is hard, Ruth begged the brand to either refund her money or deliver the products.
She stated that her messages hadn’t been responded to and lamented over how trust is hard to earn these days.
“Pls help me beg them to deliver my product or refund me o! Economy is hard o! Jesu!
No responding to my messages anymore!!!!
Taking to her comment section, some of her colleagues like Uche Elendu lamented over how she fell into a similar incident but had to drag them before getting a refund.
Uche Elendu wrote, “This people’s scam is on another level. That’s how I dragged them until they refunded my client’s money. Get your money first babe”.
One Official Passy Kpaduwa wrote, “Imagine scamming a celebrity, people get mind oh”.
One Ada Sylva wrote, “Go to the bank and recall the money and also write a complaint“.
One Official Mirabel Etuk wrote, “Most of these online stores are fraudulent I can’t even count the number of online stores that have defrauded me, making it difficult to trust the real ones. Mtchewwwwww”.
