  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. My Family Is Now Homeless — Igbo Man Whose ‘N300m’ House Was Demolished In Lagos Speaks

Chimobi Ezenwa, an Igbo man whose mansion said to be worth N300 million was demolished in Lagos, says he is now homeless.

The Lagos State Government recently commenced the destruction of houses said to be in contravention of Lagos masterplan and quite interestingly, majority of these houses only belong to Igbo people.

Residents in the Abule Ado area of the state were filmed hurriedly removing their belongings after being given a 2 hours grace before demolition commences.

In a video trending on social media, one of those affected by the demolition said his house was pulled down without prior notice.

He said: “My name is Chimobi Ezenwa and I am one of the victims of the ongoing demolition here in Abule Ado, Lagos.

“This is my property, it has been demolished and there was no notice before encroaching on my property and destroying it. Even if I didn’t have an FHA (Federal Housing Authorities) allocation, if they asked me to pay for reclaiming of the land, I was ready to pay.”.
