 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A Nigerian lady Ihechiluru Ukwu has called out a woman Nkechinyere Ogbonna for inboxing her and telling her that her size is now too big as a Pastors daughter.


“Yesterday while I was skipping under the freezing temperature, it wasn’t funny at all, I had to put on about three clothes, plus my hand gloves and all to be able to endure the cold for 30 minutes just because keeping fit and staying healthy has become part of me and I have done so well for my self in the last few years, dropped off some kgs and still going on, those who know me personally and have my WhatsApp contact can attest to the fact that I have been consistent even in the cold since we came here”

This is is totally depressing. once in a while I get some of these messages and I over look them and let them pass but you see this one, I will not do so”
