 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. THE CREEPY SIMILARITIES IN THE RECENT DEATHS OF TWO INDIANA WOMEN ONLY DAYS APART HAS LEFT MANY RESIDENTS CONCERNED. (PHOTO).

 The creepy similarities in the recent deaths of two Indiana women only days apart has left many residents concerned. 


Two Indianapolis women were recently found deceased by a local strip mall only days apart and within three minutes of each other. The similarities don't end there either. 


58-year-old, Shannon Lassere, was found outside of a local dentists office first on January 27th followed by 52-year-old, Mariannne Weis, less than a week later on Feb. 1st.


Police reported they both had died in the same violent manner but did not state the cause of death. However, family of Lassere alleged she had been stabbed. 


The police say there is no apparent link between the women but maintain they are, "taking proactive steps out of an abundance of caution." 


These awful homicides of 2 very similar women in a very similar manner only days and minutes away from one another have residents on edge and fearing the same thing I think we all are fearing. 


Our thoughts are with the families of both of these unfortunate victims as well as the community at large. Hopefully police can find them justice quickly.
