 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. THE CREEPY SIMILARITIES IN THE RECENT DEATHS OF TWO INDIANA WOMEN ONLY DAYS APART HAS LEFT MANY RESIDENTS CONCERNED. (PHOTO).

 The creepy similarities in the recent deaths of two Indiana women only days apart has left many residents concerned. 


Two Indianapolis women were recently found deceased by a local strip mall only days apart and within three minutes of each other. The similarities don't end there either. 


58-year-old, Shannon Lassere, was found outside of a local dentists office first on January 27th followed by 52-year-old, Mariannne Weis, less than a week later on Feb. 1st.


Police reported they both had died in the same violent manner but did not state the cause of death. However, family of Lassere alleged she had been stabbed. 


The police say there is no apparent link between the women but maintain they are, "taking proactive steps out of an abundance of caution." 


These awful homicides of 2 very similar women in a very similar manner only days and minutes away from one another have residents on edge and fearing the same thing I think we all are fearing. 


Our thoughts are with the families of both of these unfortunate victims as well as the community at large. Hopefully police can find them justice quickly.
