 Russian forces to stay in Mali to fight terrorism: Kremlin The Kremlin said on Thursday that Russian forces would stay in Mali to help the country's government battle terrorists following an offensive over the weekend by Tuareg-led separatists and terrorists. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made the statement after being asked by a reporter how Russia responded to a purported statement from the terrorists saying they wanted Russia to leave Mali. "Russia's presence there is, in fact, due to the need identified by the current government. Russia will continue, including in Mali, to combat extremism, terrorism and other harmful phenomena and will continue to provide assistance to the current government," said Peskov, AFP reported. The Russian Defence Ministry had claimed on Tuesday that units of its African Corps prevented an attempted coup on April 25, 2026 in Mali. IGP REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO SECURITY FOR ALL DURING RAMADAN



Urges Muslim Ummah to Embrace Compassion, Forgiveness, Peace During Ramadan


As the holy month of Ramadan begins, the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, extends the warmest greetings from the Nigeria Police Force to all Muslim Ummah across the country on the Ramadan season, a time of reflection, spiritual growth, and communal solidarity which holds great significance for millions of Muslim faithful around the world.


During this holy period, the Nigeria Police reaffirms its commitment to ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all citizens. The Police, as an institution, recognizes the importance of respecting religious practices and cultural traditions and the need to promote the principles of tolerance, understanding, and unity within our diverse society.


The IGP urges all Muslim Ummah to embrace the spirit of compassion, generosity, and forgiveness that defines Ramadan. He calls for all to come together, support one another, foster a sense of harmony, and build stronger bonds of friendship and cooperation in the holy month and beyond.


The Inspector-General of Police, while urging members of the public to embrace the community policing concept, charges Nigerians to support the NPFs efforts to maintain peace and order throughout the month of Ramadan. The IGP equally urges all Muslim Ummah to cherish the blessings of Ramadan and strive to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
