 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer.  Protest Struck Aba as Trailer Knocks Down Abia Poly Student


Tension swamped the city of Aba as students of Abia State Polytechnic took to the streets in protest over a tragic death of a female graduating student of the institution.


The incident occurred when the student was crossing the busy Aba Owerri Road. Bystanders recount that a tricycle operator knocked her down and fled the scene before a  speeding trailer subsequently ran her over, leading to her untimely demise.


Frustrated with what they perceive as a lack of safety measures on the roads, the students decided to staged a protest on the busy Aba Owerri highway.


The protest quickly gained momentum, with students chanting slogans and calling on relevant authorities  to investigate the incident and bring the tricycle operator to justice.


Students are also urging the government to prioritize the construction of pedestrian bridges and speed bumps in accident-prone areas.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
