THE FAMILY OF AN OKLAHOMA TEEN WHO WAS FOUND DECEASED AND UNCLOTHED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD ARE CONFUSED AND UNSATISFIED WITH THE AUTOPSY REPORT. (PHOTOS ).

The family of an Oklahoma teen who was found deceased and unclothed on the side of the road are confused and unsatisfied with the autopsy report.

Noah Presgrove, 19, had just graduated in May of 2023 and this athletic teen (that played four sports) planned on joining the military in the fall. Noah's siblings say he had gone to a house party in Teral, Oklahoma over the Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, the next time they saw him would be to identify his body at a bizarre scene where Noah passed away. He was found deceased on September 4th alongside US-81 in Jefferson County, Oklahoma.

Dalien Presgrove said he could see his brother's covered form curled up in the fetal position on the side of the road. He said there was blood on the road and coming from underneath the covering. Dalien then took in some of the more strange aspects of the possible crime scene.

He said there was a tooth laying next to his brother's unclothed body, also his brother's shorts were folded neatly on the side of the road. Police would later say they had found them in the roadway and placed them by his body. Another bizarre aspect of the scene was the fact that he was completely unclothed beside 2 mismatched shoes on his feet. The shoes were Hey Dude slip ons, but only one belonged to Noah.

Dr. Michelle Dupre was interviewed about this particular case by Ashley Banfield. Dr. Dupre shared with the public that she found it odd there was no debris found in the road, and that Noah did not have any broken arms or legs as well as the mismatched shoes remaining on him. She felt all of this proves it was not a hit and run. She did note he had broken ribs.

On April 29th, Noah's autopsy report was finally released and they listed his cause of death as "multiple blunt force injuries". However his manner of death is unknown. Authorities have classified his passing as suspicious but for some reason announced they would not be investigating it as a homicide.

The family wants some long awaited answers and cites that the lack of tire skid marks, tire tracks or wreckage of any kind is proof to them that it was not a hit and run. His brother also added it was strange that his missing tooth appeared placed next to him rather than knocked out and sent flying.

Investigators have spoken to people that attended the same September 3rd party as Noah. This was the night before Noah was found deceased. Partygoers said that Noah had been in an ATV wreck but returned to the party. Sometime after this, they reported that he got into an argument with a girl. The family would like to know who this girl is that Noah allegedly argued with. They have not been given her name. Investigators stated they are not able to nail down a good time line of the party.

The family feels there are several things not adding up.

Now, 8 months later, the family feels lost and like they are not receiving appropriate answers to the mysterious circumstances in the death of their loved one.

The Oklahoma highway patrol did say this investigation is not over and if you know anything about this case to please reach out and tell authorities. You can reach them at 1-580-353-0783.
