 An Indiana man has been arrested when a toddler was found suffering from frostbite and hypothermia after neighbors reported the child was wandering around in only a diaper. Police in Greenfield, Indiana, were called to the Prairie Meadow apartment complex at approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, December 15th. They had received reports of a toddler "wandering around the complex in only a diaper while outside temps were a freezing 13 degrees".  When officers arrived, they quickly located the toddler and placed them in a warm vehicle until EMS arrived. It would soon be discovered that the child was suffering from hypothermia and had frostbite on their fingers and toes. After making sure the child was safe, officers began to investigate the scene. They were able to locate footprints that seemed to indicate the child had been walking around outside for quite a while.  Abia Keke Union Supports Recent Restrictions of Movement


The Abia State Tricycle Operators Onion (ASTOPU), says it is in total support of the recent restriction on movement of Keke from 7pm to 6am.


While reiterating that the recent development is to ensure protection of lives and property, ASTOPU said the move is in tandem with the ideals of the union.


In a statement by Azubuike Victor chairman and  Ken nwaosu secretary, the union pledged to support the government in sanitizing the industry as well as ensure that all members are duly registered.


The transport union also asked all our members to comply with the directive to avoid harassment by security operatives.
