 TROOPS OF OPERATION WHIRL STROKE ARREST HIGH PROFILE CRIMINAL IN BENUE COMMUNITY Troops of Operation WHIRL STROKE arrested a high-profile suspected criminal during an intelligence-driven operation in Agasha Village of Guma Local Government Area, Benue State, following a report of an attack on a local resident. The operation was launched on 13 March 2026 after security agencies received credible information regarding an attack on Mr Shaapera Seeta Michael in Agasha Village. Acting swiftly on the report, troops of the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Intervention Battalion XI deployed under Operation WHIRL STROKE mobilised immediately to the affected area to track down the suspect responsible for the assault. Upon arrival, the troops cordoned the area to prevent the suspect from escaping while conducting a targeted search operation aimed at identifying and apprehending the alleged attacker. TWO TEEN GIRLS PASSED AWAY IN HORRIFIC JET SKI ACCIDENT ON ILLINOIS LAKE. (PHOTO).

 2 teen girls pass away in horrific jet ski accident on Illinois lake.


The incident occurred Tuesday on Lake Marie in Antioch, Illinois. According to reports, 13-year-old Elle Kim, was the passenger on a jet ski driven by 16-year-old Sarina Vootkur. The two were traveling north at a high rate of speed near the channel that connects Lake Marie to Grass Lake.


At the same time a 55-year-old man was traveling westbound in a Sea Ray Cabin Cruiser with three other passengers. Eyewitnesses say due to the high rate of speed the girls were traveling there was no way the boater could avoid the crash.


Both girls were knocked unconscious and thrown into the water as a result of the crash. The boaters immediately pulled them aboard, called 911 and rendered what aid they could while transporting the girls to the shore with the help of a fellow boater.


 The two girls were transported to a nearby hospital where they sadly passed away as a result of blunt force trauma. 


This is a heartbreaking story and our thoughts are with everyone involved.
