 Recording Academy adds five new Grammy categories, updates rules for 2026 awards NEW YORK - The Recording Academy is introducing five new categories and making several rule changes for the 2026 Grammy Awards in an effort to reflect the evolving global music landscape. Among the new additions is a best Asian pop music performance category, which will honor performances across genres such as K-pop, J-pop, C-pop and other Asian pop styles, with the award going to performers. A new best traditional pop vocal performance category will recognize artists whose work does not fit within modern pop styles. A best Latin song category will spotlight songwriters for Spanish-language Latin recordings. Changes are also coming to existing categories in R&B and folk music. On July 6, 2024, Sinach sold out the 15,000 capacity OVO Wembley Arena in a landmark concert.


The Gosgem-powered monumental event drew thousands of fans from across the globe, celebrating a night of worship, praise, and unforgettable music.


Record-making Nigerian gospel singer Sinach, known for her powerful worship songs and inspirational lyrics, captivated the audience with a dynamic and spirit-filled performance. The sold-out concert is a testament to her far-reaching impact and the profound connection she has with her fans worldwide.


At the electrifying concert, fans were treated to a spectacular show, featuring Sinach’s biggest hits such as 'Way Maker,' 'I Know Who I Am,' and 'Victory is My Name' among other hit records. The evening was not only musical but also a deeply spiritual experience, leaving attendees uplifted and inspired.


Sinach expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her fans, stating, "I am overwhelmed and deeply grateful for the love and support shown by everyone who attended the Victory Sounds concert.
