 Prince William and Kate Middleton bring George, Charlotte and Louis to Commonwealth Games for first Scotland public outing Prince William and Kate Middleton brought their three children to the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking the siblings’ first official public appearance in Scotland. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, attended the sporting event on Saturday, Aug. 1, during their summer break with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. While in Scotland, where William and Kate are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, the family spent time with Team Wales athletes and their families. The couple also visited SportsAid, an organisation that supports young athletes. Kate has served as patron of the organisation since 2013.  “I see you becoming President of Nigeria” – Primate Ayodele Advises Governor Makinde to Begin Consultations ahead of 2027


Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the Spiritual Evangelical Church, has advised Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State to begin consultations on his presidential ambition from Monday, September 9, 2024.


In a televised speech posted on his verified social media account, Primate Ayodele said, Governor Makinde has a higher ground to reach in his political career, and the 2027 presidency is a feasible target. He urged the governor to start building bridges and consulting with stakeholders across the country.


The revered cleric emphasized that Governor Makinde’s presidential ambition is not a joke. He urged him not to miss the opportunity and must be serious about it.
