Terrifying new dashcam footage shows moment doomed NBC helicopter falls out of the sky The terrifying moment an NBC helicopter fell out of the sky and plunged into the ground near where an SUV had slammed into a Metro bus was caught on dashcam. The video, obtained by KTLA, shows the helicopter descending, caught from afar on the vehicle camera of Yera Valencia. She said: “I downloaded the video of my dashcam. It’s a little dot on the video. It’s a crisp video and it just goes down.” She added: “God, it’s so close, it could have happened to anyone. My parents walk down the street.” The two back-to-back Tuesday night crashes resulted in five deaths — two involving the bus and SUV, and three as a result of the chopper going down, killing reporter Eliana Moreno, pilot George Marciniw and pedestrian Edy Gutierrez Mejia.

Kentucky School employee arrested after pointing a firearm at a student's head.

31-year-old Christopher Collier was arrested on Thursday, September 5th, after a disturbing incident in the parking lot of Clay County High-School. 

According to reports, Collier, who is a voluntary staff member, was able to gain access to the school parking lot Wednesday morning with a weapon under false pretense.

At approximately 11 a.m., Mr. Collier persuaded a student to get into his truck. Once the child was in the vehicle, Mr. Collier brandished his weapon, pointing it at the student's head. He then told the student he was going to take his life. He also told the student "he was going to make a video of his death".

Christopher Collier is being charged with criminal trespassing, wanton endangerment, terrorist threatening and unlawful possession of a weapon on school property. He is being held on a $50,000 bond.

The student was able to get away. Officials have not released if Christopher allowed the student to leave or if the student left on his own. Currently, officials are releasing that he definitely made a threat to the child with a firearm.
