Stephen Baldwin claims he was fired from rom-com for being 'funnier' than Jennifer Aniston Stephen Baldwin recently revealed that he was originally cast in the 1998 romantic comedy The Object of My Affection but was dismissed early in production. On his podcast One Bad Movie, Baldwin explained he had been chosen to play Vince McBride, the boyfriend of Jennifer Aniston’s character Nina Borowski.  However, after just two days on set, a producer told him there was a “problem”  specifically, that he was “funnier than Jennifer,” which they felt undermined the film’s dynamic.  ‘Let your man quit his job if you earn higher’ – Ali Baba tells women

Veteran comedian, Ali Baba, has said insecure men should be the one quitting their jobs instead of pressuring their partners who earned more than them.

Ali Baba stated this while reacting to the trending story of a man who forced his wife to quit her job because she earned more than him.

While questioning the authenticity of the story, the comedian noted that the self-worth of such men were tied to financial status, and they became weak when faced with prosperous women.

Speaking in a post on his Instagram page, he said the man should be the one to quit his job rather than asking his wife to resign.

He said, “Who are these women falling for such lies? If you earn more than your man, let him quit his job. Nonsense! Who are these lazy bumcums peddling these stupid narratives?

“If you are earning N10 million a month, and your husband earns N1.5 million, how does it make sense to resign? That means the man’s confidence is financially driven and anchored. Insecurities my foot.

“So, Stedman will tell Oprah Winfrey to resign. Who is bringing up these men with self esteem that is defined by financial status? Instead of being challenged and driven to upgrade your financial status.”
