  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  Hardship: Nigerian Govt, NLC, TUC meet over fuel price, others


A delegation of the Nigerian government, on Wednesday, met with leaders of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria, TUC.


The meeting which, convened by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, George Akume, is centred around the state of the nation, especially petrol pricing and its consequences.


At the meeting were Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser, NSA; Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, Labour Minister; Wale Edun, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy.


Others are Alhaji Mohammed Idris, Information Minister; Heineken Lokpobiri, Petroleum Minister, State; Ekperikpe Ekpo, Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas), and representatives of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Limited, Vanguard reports.


This is coming amid the adjustment of NNPCL pump price of fuel from N897 per litre to N1,030 in Abuja, and from N855 to N998 in Lagos.
