 EFCC Arraigns Three Indians,  Nigerian  for Alleged Criminal Breach of Trust The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  on Wednesday,  December 17, 2025 arraigned three Indians,  Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra and Gagan Sarswat—alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, before  Justice Sulaiman Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin They were arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, contrary to and punishable under Sections 97 and 314 of the Penal Code. The Commission alleged that the defendants, while being servants in the employment of KAM Steel Integrated Company Limited, conspired among themselves between November 2024 and September 2025 to commit criminal breach of trust.  Nollywood Actor Ayobami Olabiyi a.k.a Bobo B is Dead


The Nollywood industry has been hit with another sad loss as legendary Yoruba actor, Ayobami Mudashir Olabiyi, popularly known as Bobo B, is reportedly dead.


The actor, who had been a popular actor in the Yoruba movie industry, was pronounced dead after a period of illness.


According to reports, Olabiyi, who was supposed to be on a movie set in Oyo last month, could not make it due to his deteriorating health.


He was admitted to the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan, Oyo State, where he was reportedly unable to speak or move before his death.


The heartbreaking news was made public by the Oyo State governor of the Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Yeye Bose Akinola, who confirmed that Olabiyi, until his death, was the National Secretary of TAMPAN and had previously served as the governor of the association in Oyo State.


In her statement, Akinola said, “I have a directive of the Oyo State TAMPAN governor, Her Excellency Yeye Bose Akinola, to announce the death of our TAMPAN National General Secretary, Chief Alhaji Musadshir Ayobami Olabiyi ‘Bobo B.’ May God give his family and the entire TAMPAN members globally the fortitude to bear the loss. Insha Allah, Amen.”
