  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  NNPCL debunks report on adulterated Petrol


The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has dismissed a circulating video showing a person pouring a dark liquid, claiming it to be Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) supposedly bought from an NNPC Retail station at the Keffi Flyover.


In a statement by NNPCL spokesperson Olufemi Soneye, the company clarified that it conducted spot checks at all its outlets and confirmed the claim to be false. 


According to the statement the product was not, and could not have been purchased from any NNPC Retail outlet, as the company does not dispense petroleum products into bottles or jerrycans, as shown in the video.


NNPC Retail Ltd emphasized that it maintained stringent standards and quality control at every stage of its operations to ensure only high-quality, safe, and reliable petroleum products are available at its stations nationwide.


The company urged the public to disregard the misleading claims in the video and to be cautious of individuals spreading such misinformation, as they do not have the country's best interests in mind.
