INDIA MAN KILLED HIS WIFE AFTER A DISPUTE OVER DINNER NIT BEING READY ON TIME. (PHOTO).

A man in Madhya Pradesh’s Barwani district allegedly killed his wife after a dispute over dinner not being ready on time. The victim, 39-year-old Barlibai Kharate, was a resident of Ghawalfalia Verwada. The accused, her husband Rumalia, reportedly beat her to death with a stick during a heated argument on Tuesday evening.

According to the police, the argument escalated when Rumalia attacked his wife using a stick found in the house. Despite her cries for help, he continued to assault her, leading to her death on the spot. After the incident, the accused attempted to cover up the crime by washing the blood from her body and claiming it was an accident.

The incident came to light when the couple’s son, Nilesh Kharate, returned home around 11 PM and discovered his mother’s lifeless body. When he questioned his father, Rumalia claimed she had fallen into a mortar and died. However, Nilesh noticed injury marks on his mother’s body and suspected foul play. He gathered family members and the village sarpanch before reporting the matter to the police.

Police investigations revealed that Rumalia had a history of violent behavior towards his wife, suspecting her of infidelity. He had reportedly beaten her on previous occasions over similar issues. A case has been registered against Rumalia, who is now in police custody. The police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
