 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer. MUSIC HAS NOT DONE MUCH FOR ME- ODUMODUBVCK. (PHOTO).

Popular Nigerian artist Odumodublvck has stated that music has not done much for him. He shared this perspective during a discussion about his connection to his art.


In a controversial interview, Odumodublvck referred to music as a dependable companion but emphasized that he does not have a love for it.


In a video on social media, the singer elaborated that music only reflects the effort he invests in his craft. 


“I don’t love music. But music and I are friends. I appreciate you (music), and one thing I know is that you are reliable. When you promise something, you deliver because you meet me where I am.


“The effort you put in is what music gives back; it doesn’t cheat anyone. But to say that I love music, absolutely not. Music hasn’t gone out of its way to do anything for me.


“It’s the work I’ve put in that has led to any returns, and I’m fine with that. So, music shouldn’t have an issue with me saying that I don’t love it.”
