The ruling marks a major milestone in the reality star's quest for closure after what she previously described as the most terrifying ordeal of her life.  I am deeply saddened by the passing of Hon. Adewunmi Onanuga, the Deputy Chief Whip of the House of Representatives. 


Her death is a tremendous loss not only to her home state of Ogun but also to her constituents in Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North and the entire nation.


On behalf of my family, the Lagos State government, and the people of Lagos, I extend my heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues, especially those in her constituency.


I also express my sympathy to Ogun State’s Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and all members of the National Assembly during this difficult time. 


Hon. Onanuga’s death comes when her community and the nation need her the most. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched positively.


I pray for her soul and ask that God grants her loved ones the strength to endure this immense loss.
