 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  Kaduna Refinery, Port Harcourt Refineries Undergoing Global-Standard Overhaul – NNPC


NNPC Ltd. announced that the Kaduna and 150,000 bpd Port Harcourt refineries are undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation beyond traditional maintenance, ensuring sustainable operations. This follows the successful overhaul of the 60,000 bpd Port Harcourt and Warri refineries.  


In response to former President Obasanjo’s skepticism about their viability, NNPC reaffirmed its commitment to world-class standards and invited him to witness the progress. The company highlighted its transformation into a profit-driven, integrated energy leader under GCEO Mele Kyari and President Tinubu’s policies.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
