 Troops Rescue 10 Kidnap Victims, Recover Weapons, Cash In Kaduna Troops of Sector 5 under Operation Peace Shield have rescued 10 kidnapped victims and recovered arms, ammunition and ransom money in a successful operation in Kaduna State. The rescue followed the abduction of several women from their farms in Ungwan Nungu, Sanga Local Government Area, on 29 November 2025. Security forces launched an immediate search-and-rescue mission to track the kidnappers. According to military authorities, the breakthrough came at about 6:40 a.m. on 5 December 2025, when troops intercepted the kidnappers during an attempted ransom collection. The armed group reportedly came under heavy fire, forcing them to flee into the surrounding forest and abandon the hostages.  US-Nigeria Relations: Air Force Cooperation Deepened by AFRICOM General


In 2024, Major General Kenneth Ekman of AFRICOM played a key role in strengthening US-Nigeria airpower collaboration, with efforts including the Africa Partnership Flight hosted by Nigeria. This partnership focused on improving air force capabilities to tackle regional security challenges such as terrorism and disaster response.  


Significant developments included a $997 million proposed sale of 12 AH-1Z Viper helicopters and the planning of a 2026 Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response exercise. Both nations emphasized mutual respect and shared objectives, reinforcing their partnership for enhanced regional and global security.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
