 A teenage young man suddenly got up and ran out of his best friend's house, with no shoes on. He was never seen alive again.  Traevion Pirtle, 18, was found deceased in Indianapolis at 8:45 p.m. on March 13th. He had been missing since March 7th. Traevion's friends say that on Saturday, March 7th, Traevion inexplicably ran out of the house with no shoes on. The young man gave no explanation. He just ran from the home on the 3600 block of Cedar Pine Lane. He left his cell phone and his car at the home and vanished. For the next week, friends and family desperately searched for Traevion. They canvased the area handing out flyers and talking to people. They were searching for any kind of answer. According to some people close to the case they were informed he had taken mushrooms. Akpabio's Wife Sues Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan for Defamation and Human Rights Violation


In a dramatic turn of events, Uloma Akpabio, the wife of Senate President Godswill Akpabio, has filed two separate lawsuits against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan at the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja. The lawsuits allege defamation and violation of fundamental human rights, stemming from Akpoti-Uduaghan's recent claims that her troubles in the Senate began after she refused to have a sexual relationship with the Senate President.


In the first suit (Suit No: CV/814/25), Mrs. Akpabio accuses Akpoti-Uduaghan of making false and scandalous statements that caused emotional trauma for her and her children, leaving them in fear for their lives. She is seeking ₦250 billion in compensation and a perpetual injunction to stop Akpoti-Uduaghan from making further damaging claims.


In a separate defamation suit (Suit No: CV/816/25), Mrs. Akpabio challenges Akpoti-Uduaghan's claim that her husband made sexual advances towards her. She describes the allegations as false, malicious, and damaging, saying they have brought her family into disrepute and public shame. As part of her demands, she is asking the court to order Akpoti-Uduaghan to issue a public apology in two national newspapers and pay ₦1 billion in damages.


The disagreement between the two lawmakers began after Akpoti-Uduaghan discovered that her seating position in the Senate chamber had been changed without her knowledge. The court has yet to fix a date for the hearing of both suits.


It's worth noting that Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan had earlier sued Senate President Godswill Akpabio for defamation, demanding ₦100.3 billion in damages.² The legal battle between the two lawmakers is likely to be a long and contentious one.
