The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. AN ELDELY WOMAN WAS BURNT IN A CHURCH AFTER BEING ACCUSED OF PRACTICING WITCHCRAFT IN KENYA. (PHOTOS).

An elderly woman was burnt at the Bethel of Jesus Ministry International in Kapkwen after being accused of practicing witchcraft. 


According to witnesses, the woman was brought to the church with alleged magical items, including snakes, frogs, and traditional medicine.

According to witnesses, she was brought to the church along with alleged magical items, including snakes, frogs, and traditional medicine. The incident has sparked outrage, with many questioning the role of religion in justice and human rights.
