 A teenage young man suddenly got up and ran out of his best friend's house, with no shoes on. He was never seen alive again.  Traevion Pirtle, 18, was found deceased in Indianapolis at 8:45 p.m. on March 13th. He had been missing since March 7th. Traevion's friends say that on Saturday, March 7th, Traevion inexplicably ran out of the house with no shoes on. The young man gave no explanation. He just ran from the home on the 3600 block of Cedar Pine Lane. He left his cell phone and his car at the home and vanished. For the next week, friends and family desperately searched for Traevion. They canvased the area handing out flyers and talking to people. They were searching for any kind of answer. According to some people close to the case they were informed he had taken mushrooms.  VALENTINE: Ooni OF IFE PRESENTS GIFTS TO NURSING MOTHERS AT GH IJEDE


In a bid to express love, show empathy, compassion and put smiles on the faces of nursing mothers and their newborns at the General Hospital, Ijede on Saints Valentine's Day, the Convener, Hopesalive Initiative for Africa (HAI) and His Imperial Majesty, the Arole Oodua, Oba Adeyeyi Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife, yesterday at the facility entrusted delegates to present gift items to nursing mothers who delivered within few days to Valentine's day, a day celebrated worldwide to show love.


According to the Deputy Convener, HAI, Her Regal Majesty, Amb. (Dr.) Olori Temitope Enitan-Ogunwusi, who was ably represented by the MD of Ryhtech Technologies, Mrs. Eno Essien, said Hopesalive Initiative for Africa is a Non-Governmental Organization focused on ensuring immediate and long-term support for underserved communities by spreading love, building relationships, and creating a better environment for everyone across states and communities. 


She said the essence of the initiative is to bring hope and improve well-being in Nigeria and African Communities to alleviate poverty and socio-economic and environmental hardships by creating a fairer society for disadvantaged children, the aged, women, families with children and the disabled. 


The Medical Director/CEO, General Hospital, Ijede, Dr. Olufemi Aletan, on behalf of the hospital management team, expressed profound joy and immense gratitude to His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, HRM Oba Adeyeyi Enitan Ogunwusi for improving lives, making the nursing mothers feel the warmth of love, care and support and also bringing the outreach not only to General Hospital, Ijede but to Lagos State as a whole. 


Dr. Aletan also appreciated the delegates from Ife, Egbin Kingdom and everyone who contributed in one way or the other in making the occasion a success; he said, like Oliver Twist, the hospital will be glad to host more of such outreaches.


Royal fathers and mothers present at the occasion were Kabiyesi of Elejesi of Ife Kingdom, HRM Oba Babatunde Awosunle with his wife, Olori Abosede Elizabeth Idowu; the Elejesi Yeyegunwa of Ejesi,  HRM Oba Fayemi Mayowa; the Elerefe of Ife Kingdom, Obateru of Egbin Kingdom, HRM, Oba Adeoriyomi Oyebo, ably represented by his wife Olori (Dr.) Tolulope Titilayo Oyebo; Chief Lateef Saminu, the Olisa of Egbin Kingdom, and Iyalode of Egbin Kingdom.


The high point of the event was the presentation of gifts to the nursing mothers by the Royal fathers and mothers.
