 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. OHIO MAN ARRESTED AFTER THE 12-YEAR-OLD BOY HE FORCED INTO ICE BATHS TRAGICALLY DIES. (PHOTO).

 Ohio man arrested after the 12-year-old boy he forced into ice baths tragically dies.


Authorities were called to a home at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday (March 22nd) in Akron, Ohio.

The initial call was to report a 12-year-old boy was suffering from a cardiac arrest. EMS transported Jadako Taylor to Akron's Children's Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. It was recorded that Jadako had a body temperature of just 74 degrees when EMS responded to the scene...


As police began investigating this young boy's death, a chilling tale emerged.  According to reports by Akron Municipal Court, 23-year-old Anthony McCants caused the death of Jadako by forcing him into ice baths.


The courts allege McCants forced Jadako into 2 ice baths between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. The first ice bath lasted approximately 45 minutes. Once Jadako was allowed out he was forced to do push ups and other exercises. 


He was then forced into a second ice bath that lasted around 30 minutes.  After his second ordeal Jadako began to vomit and seize, prompting the call to EMS.


Anthony McCants was arrested on felony child endangering and had his bond set at $500,000. He has pleaded not guilty.


May the young boy finally be able to rest in peace. This is a heartbreaking story and a terrible fate for the child.
