 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.  US Seizes $200,000 in Cryptocurrency Linked to Hamas


The U.S. Justice Department has confiscated approximately $201,400 in cryptocurrency intended for Hamas, disrupting a terror financing operation.


Investigators traced the funds to Hamas-controlled fundraising addresses, which have laundered over $1.5 million in virtual currency since October 2024.


Attorney General Pam Bondi emphasized the government's commitment to dismantling Hamas's financial network, while U.S. Attorney Edward R. Martin Jr. vowed to track and seize any funds supporting the group.


The FBI, leading the investigation, identified assets including crypto wallets worth $89,900 and three accounts holding $111,500, registered under Palestinian individuals in Turkey and other locations.
