 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Construction of Umuona-Aguluzigbo-Nanka Road, Assembly Member Expresses Satisfaction

The Anambra State House of Assembly Member representing Aguata II Constituency, Hon. Tony Muobike has expressed satisfaction with the quality of work at the on-going construction of Umuona-Aguluzigbo-Nanka road.


Speaking to the press after a visit to the site, Hon. Muobike thanked Governor Chukwuma Soludo for giving the people of the area sense of belonging, saying that the road when completed will make movement pleasurable and that it connects three local government areas of Aguata, Anaocha and Orumba North.


The General Manager IDC Construction Company Ltd, Mr Yousef Zreb said that the government had been supportive. He said that they will be done with asphalting of the road in few weeks.


Mr Zreb commended the cooperation of host communities, promising that the 8.5km road will be completed on schedule.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
