 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. POACHER ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF BUFFALO MEAT IN MBAULA VILLAGE. (PHOTO).

 Poacher Arrested for Possession of Buffalo Meat in Mbaula Village


A 45-year-old man was arrested in Mbaula village after being found in possession of buffalo meat during a joint operation conducted by the Giyani police and the Public Order Policing (POPS) unit.


The arrest followed an intelligence-driven operation after police received information about a suspect believed to be in possession of game meat. Upon investigation, the man was found with a buffalo carcass and failed to give a satisfactory explanation for its origin.


He was immediately arrested and is expected to appear before the Giyani Magistrate’s Court soon, facing charges of possession of game meat.
