  The actress wants to withdraw the claims "without prejudice," meaning she could potentially refile them later, but Baldoni's team insists any dismissal must be "with prejudice" to prevent future refiling. This development marks a significant turn in the $400 million legal battle stemming from their contentious collaboration on the domestic violence drama.
