 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots.  Iyabo Ojo’s N1bn suit against me dismissed – Lizzy Anjorin


Actress Lizzy Anjorin is celebrating after a Lagos court reportedly dismissed the N1 billion defamation lawsuit filed against her by colleague Iyabo Ojo.

The lawsuit stemmed from a public spat between the two actresses, which began when Iyabo Ojo shared a humorous video mimicking Lizzy Anjorin.

Lizzy took offense and retaliated by revealing intimate details about Iyabo, accusing her of vile things.

Iyabo demanded a public apology and N500 million in compensation, later filing a N1 billion defamation lawsuit when Lizzy didn’t comply.

Despite Lizzy’s initial absence from court proceedings, which led to court summons being pasted on her residence, the case moved forward.

The court’s dismissal of the lawsuit marks the latest development in the ongoing feud between the two actresses.

Lizzy Anjorin shared the news on her Instagram page. 

She wrote: “BREAKING NEWS !!! IYABO OJO 1 BILLION NAIRA LAW SUIT CASE AGAINST LIZZYANJORIN DISMISSED!!!”.
