  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has felicitated with distinguished Senator and former Governor, Dr Chris Nwabueze Ngige, CON, as he celebrates his birthday today.


In his congratulatory remarks, Governor Soludo lauded Senator Ngige, a medical doctor turned politician, as a leader who rendered good services to Anambra State and Nigeria through his various roles in public service. 


He served as Governor of Anambra State from May 2003 to March 2006, during which he initiated development programmes that benefited the people of Anambra State 


Thus, Governor Soludo warmly congratulate Senator Chris Ngige on this special occasion of his birthday and also prays that he enjoys many more years of life in robust health and in continuous service to humanity

The Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has conveyed his most hearty congratulations to his predecessor and former Governor, Chief Sir Willie Maduaburochukwu Obiano on the occasion of his 70th birthday today.


In his goodwill message, Governor Soludo commended Chief Obiano, who served as the Governor of Anambra State from March 17, 2014, to March 17, 2022, as a worthy predecessor who made significant impact on the socio-economic progression of our dear state and the people of Anambra State 


On this special occasion, Governor Soludo warmly celebrates Chief Willie Obiano on attaining this significant milestone of 70 years, and also wishes him continued good health, happiness, and many more years of celebration and service to humanity.
