Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen step out in coordinated black looks for New York stroll Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare joint appearance in New York City, stepping out together for a relaxed afternoon in matching, understated fashion. The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing. Long before becoming fashion insiders, the sisters built global recognition as child actors through projects like Full House, It Takes Two, and New York Minute. Over time, they stepped away from Hollywood and fully transitioned into fashion, officially launching The Row in 2005.  Mark Zuckerberg reveals $799 Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses

Mark Zuckerberg unveiled the $799 Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses on Wednesday, marking the social media company’s first consumer-ready smart glasses with an integrated digital display. The glasses feature a small high-resolution screen that can be controlled via hand gestures using a Meta Neural Band wristband powered by EMG technology.

The new device bridges Meta’s audio-only Ray-Ban smart glasses and the experimental Orion augmented reality glasses, which overlay 3D visuals onto a person’s real-world view but remain costly and unavailable to consumers. The Ray-Ban Display glasses allow users to watch videos or view and respond to text messages without obstructing their view, with the display disappearing when not in use. The glasses go on sale in the U.S. on Sept. 30.

Meta has been collaborating with eyewear giant EssilorLuxottica on smart glasses since 2019 and renewed the partnership last year. Alongside the Ray-Ban Display glasses, Meta introduced the Oakley Meta Vanguard smart glasses for athletes, priced at $499 and launching Oct. 21. The Oakley model features a sportier wraparound design, a button for easier photo and video capture while wearing helmets, nine-hour battery life, 3K video recording, and integration with Garmin fitness watches via the Meta AI assistant.

Meta also launched the Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2), an updated version of its original smart glasses, priced at $379 with double the battery life of the previous model and a more powerful camera capable of capturing 3K Ultra HD video. The Gen 2 glasses are available for purchase immediately. Additionally, Zuckerberg announced Horizon TV, a platform for watching shows, movies, and sports through Meta’s Quest VR headsets, with content from partners including Disney and Universal Pictures.
