 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A GEORGIA WOMAN WHO RAN AN UNLICENSED DAYCARE IS FACING FELONY CHARGES AFTER A 2-YEAR-OLD IN HER CARE, WAS FATALLY ATTACKED BY HER DOGS.(PHOTO).

 A Georgia woman who ran an unlicensed daycare is facing felony charges after a 2-year-old in her care, was fatally attacked by her dogs.


This shocking and heartbreaking incident occurred on October 4th in Valdosta, Georgia. 


According to official police reports, 2-year-old Kaimir Jones was left unattended for over 2 hours while the daycare owner, 48-year-old Stacey Wheeler Cobb, slept.


While Stacey slept, Kaimir left the residence and wondered into the backyard. Kaimir then managed to open a kennel where two large Rottweiler dogs were being kept. Investigators are still trying to determine how the young boy managed to open the kennel.


Once the kennel was open, the two Rottweilers attacked Kaimir, taking his young life. 


When Stacey was questioned, she told authorities she "was napping and thought that Kaimir was also asleep".


Stacey Wheeler Cobb was arrested and is being charged with second-degree homicide and second-degree cruelty to children.
