Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. A GEORGIA WOMAN WHO RAN AN UNLICENSED DAYCARE IS FACING FELONY CHARGES AFTER A 2-YEAR-OLD IN HER CARE, WAS FATALLY ATTACKED BY HER DOGS.(PHOTO).

 A Georgia woman who ran an unlicensed daycare is facing felony charges after a 2-year-old in her care, was fatally attacked by her dogs.


This shocking and heartbreaking incident occurred on October 4th in Valdosta, Georgia. 


According to official police reports, 2-year-old Kaimir Jones was left unattended for over 2 hours while the daycare owner, 48-year-old Stacey Wheeler Cobb, slept.


While Stacey slept, Kaimir left the residence and wondered into the backyard. Kaimir then managed to open a kennel where two large Rottweiler dogs were being kept. Investigators are still trying to determine how the young boy managed to open the kennel.


Once the kennel was open, the two Rottweilers attacked Kaimir, taking his young life. 


When Stacey was questioned, she told authorities she "was napping and thought that Kaimir was also asleep".


Stacey Wheeler Cobb was arrested and is being charged with second-degree homicide and second-degree cruelty to children.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity.
