 Trump announces Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawal agreement under Gaza ceasefire plan   President Donald Trump announced Thursday that Hamas has agreed to a plan to disarm and that Israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza as part of a U.S.-backed ceasefire framework. Trump described the agreement as a major step toward creating a new Palestinian government in Gaza that would work with the newly established Board of Peace to oversee the next stages of the plan. The president said the agreement would also provide Israel with increased security by preventing Gaza from being used as a launching point for future attacks. Details of the agreement were limited, and neither Israel nor Hamas immediately released statements responding to Trump’s announcement. The Board of Peace said Hamas had agreed to a roadmap for moving forward with the next phases of the ceasefire after months of negotiations. AN INDIANA MOTHER WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AFTER HER CHILD WAS FOUND WANDERING THE STREETS IN A VERY FULL DIAPER WITH A CIGARETTE BURN ON THE CHILD'S FOREHEAD.(PHOTO).

 An Indiana mother was taken into custody after her child was found wandering the streets in a very full diaper with a cigarette burn on the child's forehead.


Officers in Evansville, Indiana, received a call at 9:50 p.m. on October 14th. The caller described seeing a young child walking alone in the middle of the road.


Officers arrived on the scene to discover the young child dressed only in pants. According to reports, the child's diaper was so full that urine had soaked through the pants and was dripping onto the child's feet. There also appeared to be a cigarette burn in the middle of the child's forehead. 


Officers were eventually able to determine the child's mother is 25-year-old Diasha Dixon. After locating Dixon, she became resistant to questioning and refused to speak to officers. When police questioned Dixon on the whereabouts of her 3 other children, she refused to cooperate.  


Dixon's children were ultimately located by authorities, and all 4 children are in DFS custody.  Dixon reportedly told DFS workers the mark on her child's forehead was an insect bite and not a cigarette burn.


Evansville PD arrested Diasha Dixon on charges of neglect of a dependant and obstruction of justice. 


Diasha Dixon was booked into Vanderburgh County Jail.
