Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.  Barbie unveils second Stevie Nicks doll inspired by Bella Donna 

Mattel is releasing a second Barbie doll modeled after Stevie Nicks, this time celebrating her solo career. The new Stevie Nicks Bella Donna Barbie commemorates the 43rd anniversary of her debut solo album, Bella Donna, which featured hits like "Edge of Seventeen" and "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around."

The doll wears Nick’s signature flowing white dress from the 1981 album cover, paired with a black top hat and a microphone in hand. Nicks said she feels honored to collaborate with Barbie again, calling the doll a symbol of her musical journey and the courage it took to forge her solo career. She added that she hopes the doll inspires fans and young dreamers to pursue their potential. The first Stevie Nicks Barbie, inspired by her 1977 Fleetwood Mac Rumours look, sold out within 24 hours of release. Mattel noted that the initial collaboration made the doll one of its most beloved musician editions.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
