Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply. Hulu orders new Prison Break series with Elgin James directing

Hulu has greenlit a new drama set in the world of Prison Break.

Elgin James, co-creator of Mayans M.C., will serve as the show’s writer, showrunner, and executive producer. Dawn Olmstead and Paul Scheuring, who worked on the original series, are returning as producers for the spinoff.

The cast will feature Emily Browning, Drake Rodger, Lukas Gage, Clayton Cardenas, J.R. Bourne, Georgie Flores, and Myles Bullock. Lukas Gage shared his excitement on Instagram, posting a screenshot of the project announcement and writing, “Beyond grateful to be a part of the universe.”

The original Prison Break ran for five seasons from 2005 to 2017 and starred Dominic Purcell, Wentworth Miller, and Sarah Wayne Callies.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
