Now, the RHOA star says his latest move proves she was right to walk away. The former couple's private life is now playing out in public, with Burruss refusing to let Tucker's revelations go unanswered.  Judge to decide on suspect’s courtroom clothing in Charlie Kirk case

A judge is set to decide Monday whether Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, can appear in civilian clothing during upcoming court proceedings.

Robinson faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder, after allegedly shooting Kirk at an event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10. On Oct. 9, Robinson and his attorneys filed a motion requesting that he be allowed to attend all future hearings without wearing a prison uniform or restraints.

His legal team argues that wearing civilian clothes is crucial to preserving the presumption of innocence and preventing any potential bias in front of a jury. Prosecutors have opposed the motion, and arguments on the matter were presented on Friday. The hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. local time on Monday and will be available to stream.
