 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  Former Love Island winner Jack Fincham has shared a deeply personal update on his life after fame. 

The 2018 champion, who once enjoyed huge success with brand deals and a massive following, has revealed he lost over £1 million and around a million Instagram followers as personal struggles took over.


The 33-year-old says addictions to drugs, alcohol, and gambling led to losing everything he had built. At his lowest point last year, during a trip away with girlfriend Chloe Brockett, a severe moment of despair left him with a badly broken ankle after jumping from a hotel balcony while under the influence. He has also spoken openly about serving a short prison sentence earlier this year following an incident involving his dog.


Jack is taking full responsibility for his actions and says fame made existing issues much worse. Now sober and determined, he’s going back to his roots—training hard as a boxer and planning to return to tattooing. With the support of Chloe and his family, he’s focused on rebuilding his life step by step, one day at a time.


His honest story is one of accountability, recovery, and starting again from scratch. Wishing Jack strength on his journey ahead.
