Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen step out in coordinated black looks for New York stroll Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare joint appearance in New York City, stepping out together for a relaxed afternoon in matching, understated fashion. The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing. Long before becoming fashion insiders, the sisters built global recognition as child actors through projects like Full House, It Takes Two, and New York Minute. Over time, they stepped away from Hollywood and fully transitioned into fashion, officially launching The Row in 2005. Mary-Kate now serves as creative director of the brand, while Ashley oversees it as CEO. In earlier interviews, Ashley has described the label’s beginnings as a small ex...

IMO PDP CHAPTER UNDER NWACHUKWU SUPPORTS WIKE'S GROUP. (PHOTO)

The ongoing PDP crisis at the national level are also taking a toll at the state levels as a fraction Imo State, believed to be loyal to one of the factions has extended support to the faction led by Wike.

Recall that turmoil had already engulfed the PDP with a faction under Minister of FCT Nyesom Wike, led by two state governors; Seyi Makinde and Bala Mohamed of Oyo and Bauchi states respectively.

Suspected to be allies of the warring factions, the party told newsmen in Owerri of its position which lends support to the Wike group which also has Senator Samuel Anyanwu, also from Imo State.

The atmosphere within the party took another dramatic stage as the Imo State chapter openly under Hon Austin Nwachukwu dismissed the recent convention held in Ibadan, describing it as nothing more than a political jamboree staged by a “lawless committee of friends.”

This came after a well-attended Stakeholders’ Meeting in Owerri on Saturday, November 22, 2025, where prominent leaders and members of the PDP in Imo State gathered to review the state of affairs within the party.

According to press Statement of November 24th, 2025 signed by Lancelot Obiaku the Imo state Party Publicity Secretary, it states that the convention had “no basis in law” and amounted to a tea-party attempt by desperate individuals trying to overreach the authentic leadership structure of the PDP.

But beyond condemning the Ibadan gathering, the stakeholders used the meeting to reaffirm their loyalty to key national figures within the PDP.

They unanimously threw their weight behind the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, acknowledging him as the National Leader of the party a position they said he had earned through years of commitment and sacrifice.

They also affirmed confidence in Hon. Abdulrahman Mohammed, who they insist remains the Acting National Chairman; Distinguished Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu, who they praised as the rightful National Secretary; and Rt. Hon. Austine Nwachukwu, whom they described as the undisputed Chairman of the Imo State chapter.

In the same vein, the stakeholders endorsed Senator Mao Ohuabunwa as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, insisting that the leadership of the PDP at all levels must be guided by constitutional order and internal democracy.

Concluding their lengthy deliberations, they declared pride in Senator Anyanwu and commended Wike’s “exceptional performance” as FCT Minister.
