 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are ending their marriage, after Kandi filed for divorce. They have been married for 11 years.

Following the divorce announcement, Todd Tucker now has 30 days to move out of Kandi Burruss’s home a strategic move on Kandi’s part since she never put his name on the property. 

Over the years, Todd not only lived in her world, he worked under her within her production ventures, which many fans felt created a power imbalance from the start. While Kandi continued building her empire and staying booked and busy, Todd often expressed he didn’t feel like “the man of the house,” especially with her being the primary earner and constantly on the move. Some fans say the dynamic was bound to crack under pressure, others are shocked the split is real.
