Anne Schedeen, ALF star who played Kate Tanner, dies at 77 Anne Schedeen, best known for playing Kate Tanner on the NBC sitcom ALF, has died at the age of 77. Her family said she “passed peacefully” in a statement shared Sunday, adding that she died surrounded by the legacy of her life and work. A cause of death was not disclosed. In their tribute, her family described Schedeen as someone with “creative energy,” sharp humor, and a deep love for her family, storytelling, and rescue dogs. They remembered her as a strong presence in their lives, saying her memory would live on through her artwork, handmade creations, and “joie de vivre.” They also asked loved ones to honor her by supporting Habitat for Humanity in lieu of sending flowers. Her longtime agent confirmed her death and said she meant “the world” to both her family and her professional circle.  MDGIF To Build 500 CNG Refuelling Stations Across Nigeria In Next 3 Years


In Line With Federal Government Resolve at Deepening Compressed Natural Gas Utilization, The Midstream and Downstream Gas Infrastructure Fund (MDGIF) has concluded discussion with a leading Chinese Manufacturer to make available 500 CNG refuelling stations across Nigeria for the next 3 years.


A statement by the Executive Director of MDGIF, Oluwole Adama, said the discussion  centred on the creation of a Federal government-backed Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) promoted by MDGIF, and its Investment Partners.

Under the agreement, Compressed Natural Gas Auto Mobility Infrastructure Company , which will be used to deploy 500 integrated CNG refuelling stations, develop Liquefied

Compressed Natural Gas (LCNG), gas supply infrastructure, and provide CNG and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) transportation trucks forming a virtual pipeline across all states nationwide.

The Statement further noted that the project will help ease the long queues currently being experienced at existing CNG filling stations by expanding access to refuelling points and ensuring consistent supply through improved logistics and distribution systems.
