 NOTIFICATION OF CONVICTION A Federal High Court sitting in Calabar, Cross River State, presided over by Hon. Justice L. I. Ojukwu, has convicted Etteokon Ntuen (55, male) for harbouring a 15-year-old girl for the purpose of sexual exploitation by means of deception. The convict was sentenced to 1 year imprisonment with an additional ₦300,000 compensation to the victim and a written apology. The convict deceived the victim’s parents under the pretext of taking her to Lagos for schooling but instead harboured her in Calabar for exploitation. The offence is contrary to Section 13(2)(b) of the Trafficking in Persons (Prohibition) Enforcement and Administration Act, 2015.

 Yungblud cancels rest of 2025 tour over health concerns

British musician Yungblud, born Dominic Richard Harrison, has canceled the remaining dates of his 2025 “Idols: The World Tour” due to a health issue.

Posting on social media Saturday evening, Harrison explained, “It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself to the ground without giving a [expletive] about anything apart from the music and you guys, but at this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t [expletive] around.” He also withdrew from Limp Bizkit’s upcoming “Loserville” tour in Latin America, citing similar health concerns.

Harrison did not specify the exact nature of the issue, but said doctors had advised him to take the rest of the year off after voice and blood tests “raised some concerns.” “I don’t want to do any lasting damage to myself,” he wrote. “We are on a journey that I want to last forever. This is so hard for me to do, but I promise I will make it up to you.”

Earlier this year, Harrison had to cancel a Liverpool, England show due to tonsillitis, compensating fans by providing free drinks at a local bar for ticket holders.

The canceled U.S. tour dates include:

Nov. 19 – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Nov. 23 – Cleveland, Ohio

Nov. 25 – Washington, D.C.

Nov. 26 – Washington, D.C.

All tickets will be refunded, and Harrison said fans who provide their addresses during the refund process will receive a gift. “My heart is broken by this decision,” he wrote. “I never take anyone’s love, support, or energy for granted. But I need this time. USA, I will see you next year. Mexico and Latin America, we are planning more affordable shows for next year—it’s gonna be unbelievable.”

Harrison is also nominated for three Grammy Awards this year: Best Rock Album for IDOLS, Best Rock Song for “Zombie,” and Best Rock Performance for his live rendition of Black Sabbath’s “Changes” at Villa Park.
