The bill, sponsored by the member representing Nnewi South One Constituency, Honourable Nonso Atuchukwu, scaled through legislative scrutiny before its passage. In his remarks, the Speaker of the House, Right Honourable Somtochukwu Udeze, described the bill as timely and beneficial to Ndi Anambra, stressing that it would boost public confidence in real estate transactions and promote orderly development across the state.
