Ed Sheeran has shared an inspiring update on his health journey, revealing a leaner, stronger physique after gradually losing around 30 pounds over the past few years.

The singer, now 34, opened up in a recent Men's Health UK feature about how becoming a dad to his two young daughters with wife Cherry Seaborn motivated him to focus on feeling his best.

Fatherhood played a big role in the change. He wanted to have more energy, stay active with his kids, and feel strong for family life and his demanding tour schedule. Reflecting on his earlier years, Ed mentioned shifting away from less healthy habits toward balance and consistency.

His routine includes a mix of activities like weight training, reformer Pilates, running, swimming, and yoga—keeping things varied and enjoyable. He also emphasizes moderation with food and drinks, noting that regular movement helped him naturally make better choices.

The result has been better stamina for long performances, improved overall well-being, and a positive outlook. Ed's story is all about sustainable steps driven by family and self-care.
