Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.  OPM FOUNDER SPOILS STUDENTS WITH SHOPPING SPREE AHEAD OF SEMESTER BREAK

Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere treated students of the OPM Free Secondary School to a shopping trip today, giving those in the free boarding facility a chance to head home with essentials for their families.


The outing, according to the church, was meant to ease the burden on parents and allow the children share items with loved ones during the break.


OPM Free Secondary School celebrated as Nigeria’s only institution offering both free education and free boarding runs entirely on tithes, offerings, donations, Apostle Chibuzor’s private business earnings, and contributions from OPM Free School partners around the world.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
